Health Guarantee for Australian Labradoodles

At Seven Hills Labradoodles, the health and well-being of our Australian Labradoodle puppies is one of our highest priorities. We proudly stand behind every puppy we place, committed to responsible breeding practices, health testing, and ensuring our puppies receive the strongest start possible, in line with our Australian Labradoodles health policy.

Initial Health Guarantee

Seven Hills guarantees that, at the time your puppy goes home, he or she is in good health and, to the best of our knowledge, free from serious genetic defects. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure the physical health, sound temperament, and overall well-being of each puppy. Both the sire and dam have been carefully health tested and are free from known hereditary conditions, aligning with our labradoodle health guarantee.

Seven Hills cannot be responsible for health complications or loss caused by circumstances outside our control after your puppy leaves our care, including reactions to vaccinations, travel-related stress, medications, flea/tick preventatives, environmental exposures, or other veterinary treatments administered after placement.

Veterinary Examination Requirement

For this guarantee to remain valid, the Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 4 business days of going home. If the veterinarian confirms the puppy is healthy, the Buyer accepts the puppy in its current condition. If the puppy is found to be seriously ill or in poor general health at the time of this examination, the Buyer must immediately provide Seven Hills with written veterinary documentation.

Upon verification, the puppy may be returned to Seven Hills within 3 days of the veterinary examination, at the Buyer’s expense, for a full refund of the purchase price. Veterinary and transportation costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer. Failure to complete the veterinary examination within the required 4-business-day period will void this portion of the health guarantee. Seven Hills reserves the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion at our expense before issuing any refund.

Two-Year Genetic Health Warranty

Seven Hills provides a two-year genetic health warranty from the puppy’s date of birth to the original Buyer. This warranty covers serious hereditary conditions that significantly shorten the dog’s life expectancy or severely impact quality of life, when confirmed by a licensed veterinarian. If a covered genetic condition is diagnosed during this period, Seven Hills will offer one of the following options:

Option 1: Keep Your Puppy

If the Buyer chooses to keep the puppy, Seven Hills will reimburse veterinary expenses related to the covered genetic condition, up to a lifetime maximum of $750.

Option 2: Replacement Puppy

If the Buyer chooses to return the puppy to Seven Hills, we will provide a replacement puppy from a mutually agreed-upon future litter, subject to availability, at no additional puppy purchase cost. Transportation expenses remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

Additional Terms

This health warranty applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable. It does not cover illnesses, injuries, accidents, infections, neglect, environmental causes, or conditions that develop after the puppy leaves Seven Hills and are unrelated to hereditary genetics. Seven Hills reserves the right to seek a second veterinary opinion at our expense regarding any health claim.

Our goal is to produce healthy, well-socialized puppies and to support our families long after their puppy goes home, backed by our robust puppy health warranty.
